In addition, the financial rep's staff will be included in many sessions. The program is designed to train both the rep and the staff on creating a marketing and office team.

Coaching: Andrea will give her proven coaching techniques to all the participants. These techniques have helped many individuals double and triple their business production.

Office Systems: A major goal of the year program will be to create and train Andrea's Turn-Key Office System. Andrea's staff will go to every financial rep's office and do the EXTREME OFFICE MAKE-OVER. This is a $2500 one day event (price of this is included in the yearly fee) where her staff goes to each rep's office to organize, and implement the Turn-Key Office System. Once implemented and trained, this system will allow the financial rep to ONLY see people. It will also delegate ALL the paperwork away from the financial rep and to his staff. It will give the financial rep both success and a peace of mind.

Referrals: Andrea has created a unique referral system which will revolutionize every financial rep's business. She will train both the financial rep and his staff on this system which includes her Market Research Kits, internet research for suspects, and a streamlined approached to entering referrals back into the system.

Hands-On Training for Staff & Rep: Andrea believes in "mastering the basics." Therefore, both the staff and the financial reps will be coached, filmed and trained on language, phoning, implementation of the office systems, and more. The monthly meetings promote follow-through, practice, team building, and implementation. In other words.SUCCESS!!
